Mediation

Alternative dispute resolution, like mediation, continues to become a more common way for parties to resolve their disputes outside of the courtroom. Our firm has experienced attorneys and retired circuit judges ready to mediate your case and help the parties reach a mutually agreeable resolution to their dispute.

Once in a courtroom, the dispute must be decided according to the law, in mediation the parties have the ability to craft their own resolution under their own terms.

Our experienced mediators can help the parties understand the law as it applies to their case and guide them towards resolution.
